Moalboal is famous for their beaches and rich marine life. Since it is on the edge of the archipelago, tourist often visit to explore the ocean. However sea creatures are not the only attraction in the area. Parrot too!!! There is a resort in Moalboal which highlights ten funny parrots. At this point I guess it’s no brainer to figure out the name of the resort —- Parrot Resort.

Parrot Resort is about 111KM away from the city. It would take roughly 3.5 hours worth of travel and just 12 minutes away from Magic Island Dive Resort.
Parrot Resort is a small hotel with only 10 rooms. A good place get cozy.

Parrot Resort Experience
There is a breakfast buffet between 7am-10am. Apart from the usually reason for visiting a resort — to go swimming, Parrot resort also has other amenities such as:
- billiards
- ping-pong
- table football
- motorbike rentals
- gym
The internet is also really fast.
The room is kinda expensive though ranging from 2,800-8,400 but that’s to be expected considering the amenities they have.
If you want to visit Moalboal, I won’t suggest just staying in the resort. Parrot Resort should just be part of the itinerary but not the ONLY spot to visit. Simply renting a motorbike and exploring the area would be great, if you don’t wan to do resort hopping.
